HERBED SPINACH BAKE

1-10 oz pkg frozen spinach or fresh, cooked

1 c cooked rice

1 c shredded cheddar cheese

2 slightly beaten eggs

2 t soft butter

1/3 milk

1 T chopped onions

1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

1 t salt

1/4 t rosemary or thyme leaves, crushed

Dash of nutmeg & pepper

Cook & drain spinach, mix w remainder of ingredients & pour into a 10×6 baking dish Bake at 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center out clean Recipe baked in a 9×13 pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
