CREAMY RICE PUDDING

In a saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, 2 cups milk, 1/3 c sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 c raisins

Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, 15 to 20 minutes

Remove from heat and stir in 1 T butter and 1/2 t vanilla
