2 c self rising flour
1 stick cubed, cold butter
3/4 c buttermilk or 3/4 reg milk w 2 t white vinegar
Mix flour & butter until crumbly, add milk, mix again
Turn on boarded board & knead for a few minutes until it holds together, roll to about 3/4 “ thick & brush tops with melted butter
Bake at preheated 427 degree oven about 11-13 min
