PEACH CRUMBLE

large peaches, sliced
1/4 c granulated sugar

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 t ground cinnamon

1/2 t ground ginger

Pinch of kosher salt

TOPPING

1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/2 c (1 stick) melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°
 In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and salt
Pour peaches and juices into a large baking dish. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over peaches
In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon
Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture resembles course crumb
Pour peaches and juices into a 13×9 baking pan
Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over peaches
Bake until topping is golden about 45-50 min
