SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Cut 2 medium chicken breasts into chunks & coat with cornstarch

Dip in 2 scrambled eggs & fry until crispy

SAUCE

3/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Warm to blend

Pour on coated, fried chicken & bake in a 350 preheated degree oven for approx 15 min

Serve over cooked rice

Add veg of choice on side
