BANANA CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup of sour cream or non-fat plain yogurt

1 cup, mashed,  very ripe bananas

1 tsp baking soda

2 cups flour

2 eggs

Cream butter, sugar, eggs & bananas together.  Dissolve baking soda in sour cream, add to creamed mixture

Grease & flour 2 round cake pans & bake about 35-40 min

Cool & frost with cream cheese frosting
