CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

Shred cooked chicken

Warm 1/2 chopped onion with 1/2 c sour cream &

1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt, 1/2 can green chili’s & dried or fresh cilantro & 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup

Add all together & fill tortilla shells, add grated Mexican blend cheese and or grated sharp cheddar

Spray casserole pan. Roll filled shells & put seam side down into pan

bake 15 – 20 min inn350 degree oven until bubbly .& golden brown
