- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats
Mix sugars & softened butter
Add the rest & mix thoroughly
Put in fridge for about 1 hr
Can add raisins, cranberries or chocolate chips
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 – 10 min
