Mix 1 cup flour into yeast mixture & stir until smooth
Add remaining ingredients
Mix all together until smooth
Rub olive oil on op, cover & let rise until double in bulk
This recipe will make approx 5 large calzones. Pinch off & using a rolling pin to make dough large enough for any kind of filling of your choice. Crimp edges with a fork & cover w egg wash
Bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 min
Have tomato dipping sauce on side

Brown some chopped onions in extra virgin olive oil
Add crushed tomatoes
Cook down until olive oil pools in the middle on med-simmer heat
Add some salt, sugar & oregano
