DEEP DISH BLUEBERRY PIE USING FROZEN BLUEBERRIES

Approx 7 cups frozen blueberries

8 T cornstarch

1 3/4 cups sugar

2 tsp lemon juice

3/4 tsp salt

Cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour into Southern Pastry pie shell, makes 2, top with half.

Bake 425 degree oven approx 30 minutes. Cool completely before serving
